Equipping home schoolers to love God with all their minds

Registration:

The success of our students in this very rigorous academic environment depends on many things including careful placement.
We try to intiate that success by meeting individually with parents and students to insure proper placement, verify completion of  prerequisites,  and communicate expectations.

    Four Easy Steps to Register:

  1. Complete the application at this link: Collegium Membership Application (new members only)
  2. When your application is received, new members will be contacted to set up an interview appointment to discuss preparation and placement of each of your students.
  3. Pay your registration fee.
  4. Enroll online for the coming school year and pay your tuition and material fees through PayPal at this link: Login
If you prefer to pay by check, please email us for directions:  collegiumstudycenter@gmail.com

Class size is limited and early enrollment is encouraged.  Once a class is full, those wishing to enroll will be placed on a waiting list on a first come, first served basis.  If space opens, parents and students will be contacted immediately.

Tuition and Fees:

Registration Fee:  This is a non-refundable annual fee for each family that covers our administrative costs.

Regular Registration and Enrollment:           April 1st to May 31st,                                       $150
Summer Registration and Enrollment:         June 1st to September 1st,                          $175
    (
Registrations after August 21st  incur a late fee of $25)

Tuition:
The tuition price for each class or Core group is listed in the course description.  The majority of your tuition
goes to your student's teacher; a small portion pays for our administrative costs.
While you may choose classes as you wish, your student is only enrolled when you have paid 50% of the tuition
Your tuition fees are fully refundable until July 31st.

Rewards for early and careful planning:  We work hard to bring your students the best quality courses that we can. To achieve that quality, over the summer our teachers invest many hours in preparation for the Fall term.  While we realize that plans can change, but adding or dropping courses over the summer can be a huge obstacle to their ability to prepare.  To encourage early and careful planning, we offer discounted registration fees.  If your student is registered early and 50% of his tuition is paid within that registration period, you will be rewarded with the lowest possible tuition price.  Plan ahead and plan carefully.

There are three ways your costs can increase:
1) Waiting to register.  Your costs increase signicantly if you wait.
2) Registering early but failing to enroll. Remember you must pay 50% of your tuition to be enrolled.  If you registered early but failed to enroll in classes before July 31st, we charge a nonrefundable $25 late fee per student.
3) Paying your tuition late. If you fail to pay your full tuition by July 31st, we charge a $25 late fee.

Remember, we are available to answer any questions you may have about which classes are best for your student.

Dropping a class:
Beginning June 1st teachers will begin to prepare for their Fall classes, and so we appreciate your diligent effort to not drop classes for which teachers have prepared for many hours over their summer.

Until July 31st tuition for dropped classes is fully refundable.
August 1st to September 1st, tuition is partially refundable. We charge a $10 fee for each dropped class.
September 2nd to the end of the semester, tuition is nonrefundable.

Financial Aid:
Limited financial aid is available and given on a basis of need.  Please contact us early if you would like to apply.
